Even where a service is advertised as unmetered bandwidth, the reality is that it is metered and generally this limit is included in the T&Cs. We display the bandwidth you have available, although most websites never exceed 10% of this volume.

▶ Do I get all the free services on every package?

Yes. Any service that is advertised by us is available to all clients regardless of their hosting package.

▶ Which package do I need?

All our packages include the same free services and addons. They differ on scalability. A Starter package is fine for a small heritage project, whereas an Enterprise package is for museums, archives, or organisations selling lots of online multimedia.

▶ Can I get a discount?

▶ Do you provide support?

Yes we do. We provide support via ticket, chat, and phone. If you have a problem, contact our support team and we aim to resolve your issue within 24 hours.

▶ Do you offer additional services?

Skyphos Design is a hosting company but we do offer a range of other services from bespoke website builds through to SEO etc. You can either contact us or look at our off-the-peg solutions in our shop.

▶ What is CPANEL and do I get access?

Yes, all packages include full CPANEL access. CPANEL is the industry-standard control panel that lets you manage your website, email accounts, databases, domains, and security settings all from one dashboard.

▶ Can I upgrade my package later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade your package at any time. The price difference will be pro-rated for the remainder of your billing cycle.

▶ Is there a contract or commitment?

No. All our packages are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time by giving us notice. You are obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to cancellation.

▶ What happens if I exceed my bandwidth or storage?

We will notify you if you are approaching your limits. You can either upgrade your package or purchase additional resources. We never suspend accounts without warning.

▶ Do you offer website migration?

Yes, we offer free website migration for all new customers. Our team will handle the transfer of your existing website to our servers with minimal downtime.

▶ Is my data backed up?

Yes. We perform automated daily backups of all accounts. In the event of data loss, we can restore your website from the most recent backup.
